For me, therapy is about creating a space where you can slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper, more connected way. It’s not about having all the answers, but about exploring things together at a pace that feels manageable and real for you.
My path into therapy felt like a natural progression after working in private education, where I was closely involved in supporting young people through both academic and personal challenges. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the emotional and relational aspects of that work, which led me to train and move more fully into therapeutic practice.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that we’re all still evolving. Therapy is simply a space within that process—where things can be thought about differently, and where new ways of being with yourself and others can gradually emerge.
If you’d like to explore whether therapy with me might feel like the right fit, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation. I’d be happy to answer any questions and talk through how we might work together.
